How does the
self assessment work?
In less than 5 minutes, the specialized quiz will assess your hormonal changes impact by getting answers to 15 key questions.
The quiz is focused on 3 areas:
Your physical well-being affects every aspect of your day. We assess how your body responds to hormonal changes through questions about your energy, sleep, and physical comfort. This helps identify patterns that might be affecting your daily performance.
Your mental focus drives your success. We examine how hormonal shifts influence your concentration, decision-making, and emotional stability. Understanding these changes helps maintain your professional edge and personal confidence.
Your life quality matters most. We look at how these changes affect your relationships, work performance, and sense of self. This creates a complete picture of your current situation and guides you toward effective solutions.

"I was unsure if my symptoms were related to hormones or just stress from work. The assessment gave me clarity, and the follow-up call helped me create a simple plan that works with my executive schedule. Two months later, I feel more like myself."
"As a department head, I couldn't afford to let brain fog affect my performance. The quiz helped me understand my symptoms, and the consultation offered natural solutions I hadn't considered. I'm now managing my health without compromising my career."
Who's Behind the Assessment?
The quiz is created by me, Vanya Panamska. Ten years ago, at 35, breast cancer changed my path completely. I lost my breast, my cycle, and my sense of being a woman. Through my search for natural healing, I discovered Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) during my treatment in Austria.

After just two weeks of practice, my cycle returned. This powerful experience led me to train directly with Dina Rodriguez, the 97-year-old creator of HYT. Now I combine this proven 35-year practice with my background in mindfulness and Ayurveda to teach women how to restore their hormonal balance naturally.
Physical
Changes
Your body signals matter. From sudden temperature shifts to changes in energy levels, these physical signs can affect your daily activities and work performance. Understanding how your body responds helps you take the right steps toward feeling balanced and energetic again.
Mental & Emotional Impact
Your mind powers your success. When focus becomes harder to maintain or emotions feel less predictable, it impacts your confidence and decision-making. Recognizing these mental and emotional patterns is key to maintaining your professional edge and personal well-being.
Life & Work
Balance
Your overall quality of life counts. Changes in how you feel can affect your relationships, work performance, and sense of self. By understanding these impacts, you can create strategies that support both your professional goals and personal happiness.
